Here’s how: Get Started with CU Go!
- ENROLL IN ONLINE BANKING
- Once enrolled in Online Banking, setup e-Alerts, download the WVCCU Mobile App for iPhone or Android, and Register Your Phone for Deposit & Go!
- For phones that only have internet try our Lite* version of CU Go! by visiting wvccu.mobi - *you must first register on a personal computer
Text & Go! Allows you to use your mobile device’s text messaging function to receive text or e-mail alerts about your account. Alerts can be set up for the following: account balance, when a deposit has been made to your account, if a loan payment is due, if a check has cleared, if your account balance gets too low or if there has been an invalid logon attempt to your account.
To use Text & Go! setup e-Alerts under the services tab within online banking. You can customize the alerts at any time. WVCCU does not charge a fee to use text message banking; however, your mobile device carrier’s standard text messaging rates may apply.
With just your mobile device’s camera and our mobile banking app, you can safely and securely deposit a check to your checking account without visiting a branch location.
- Deposit checks made payable to you which are drawn on any financial institution located in the United States.*
- Simply endorse the check and add “Mobile Deposit Only” below your signature along with your member number.
- Deposit a daily limit up to $5,000.00
- Deposit by 5pm EST, and your funds will be available within 1 (one) business day.*

- Download the WVCCU Mobile Banking App
- Click on Mobile Deposit
- Agree to Terms and Conditions and click Done
- Enter phone number
- Enter e-mail
- Enter Account Number
You will receive a confirmation text message once you have been approved for Deposit & Go! Once you receive your confirmation you’re now ready to send deposits. Borrow & Go! Allows members to complete a loan application online. You can get pre-approved* for a loan before you ever head out the door! Once your application has been submitted, you can check the progress of your application online.

A secure and convenient way to stay on top of those important payments. With Pay & Go! You can set up automatic payments for your recurring bills, schedule alerts and reminders, make credit card and loan payments, securely set up person to person (P2P) payments or send gift payments to donate to your favorite charity.

Our new telephone banking is a convenient way to manage your accounts from a touch-tone phone. Phone & Go! Provides 24/7 access to your accounts. You’ll be able to hear account balances, review transactions, transfer funds, make loan payments, report a lost or stolen Visa® debit cards and more.
To get started, simply call the Phone & Go! Number at 304-422-3050 or 1-800-982-7849. When asked to enter your personal identification number (PIN) enter 0000 if this is your first time calling. You will then be asked to select a new PIN.
